Science Horizons HR was founded by Ali Kamene a scientist and businessperson with a background in life sciences sales and business development, clinical diagnostics and medical equipment who identified the need for a HR consultancy that understands the scientific marketplace. He has assembled a highly experienced team with extensive experience in the sector complimented by an expert advisory panel of academic and industry leaders who help in assisting the selection of short-listed candidates.
At Science Horizons HR we offered a range of services to both the candidate and employer to provide sustainable recruitment solutions. We maintain a data base of potential candidates where clients can lodge their resume, free of charge, to be considered for roles in their chosen field, many of which do not go to open advertisement. This also employers’ access to passive candidates when they choose to source new people without external advertising. Similarly, when sourcing C-Suite candidates our internal database had a wide range of senior executives from science, administration, and general management backgrounds to allow our clients to discreetly source new executive team members.
